Information for prospective and successful stallholders can be found on this page.
We allocate stalls using an application process. Further information about the process will be published here.
All stallholders agree to abide by the Stallholder Policy, as described at the link.
Public Liability Insurance Requirements
Our insurers require that all exhibitors (stallholders) are covered by their own insurance policies, and that we obtain evidence of each policy.
The insurance must cover the activities of the stallholder and be valid for the duration of the time that the stallholder and/or their helpers are on-site. For most stallholders, this will be from Friday 9th October 2020 to Sunday 11th October 2020 inclusive.
The minimum cover amounts required are as follows:
- £1,000,000 GBP for policies in GBP
- €2,000,000 EUR for policies in EUR
- $2,500,000 USD for policies in USD
- $3,000,000 CAD for policies in CAD
- Please contact us for minimum cover levels for policies in other currencies
Some stallholders may already hold public liability insurance that covers their attendance at exhibitions/conventions/conferences, while others may need to take out a new policy. Policies are available to cover attendance at a single event or for all events in a fixed period (typically one year).
Stallholders are welcome to take out a policy with any reputable insurance firm, however to help occasional traders we have collected the information below for your convenience. You should read the terms and conditions carefully to ensure the products they offer are right for you.
