Time: To ensure everyone gets to meet our guests, we ask that you don't spend too much time at their table. A period of 2-3 minutes per assigned time-slot will be implemented. Our team might ask you to leave if this goes over.
Respect the Queue: Please wait your turn and follow all instructions from the Special Guests Team.
Be Prepared: Have your items for signing and your tokens ready before you approach the table. You may be required to show what you want signed before meeting the guests.
Be Respectful: Treat all guests, attendees and team members with kindness. Respect personal space and always ask permission before initiating physical contact.
Photograph Rules: Follow the photographer's instructions and only a max of two extra persons may accompany you to be in the photo.
Gifts: Guests have the right to decline gifts. No food or drink gifts are permitted. Big (in size) gifts are not recommended. Small gifts and or small prints are desirable. Gifts left behind may be donated either to the Charity Auction or Tombola.
Follow Staff Instructions: Team members may intervene if rules are not followed to ensure a safe and fair experience for everyone.
