Autographs, photographs, and voice memos with the special guests
In addition to the scheduled events featuring the special guests on the Mane Stage, there are opportunities for all attendees to meet the special guests more personally when purchasing autographs, photographs and/or voice memos from them.
Advance booking required
We operate a time slot system, to ensure the meet-and-greet area does not become too congested and so that attendees spend less time waiting in lines, with more time to enjoy the other aspects of the convention. Time slots must be booked in advance with payment for the first autograph or photograph for each guest. Time slots are grouped together into autograph sessions and photograph sessions. If you’d like both an autograph and a photograph with the same guest, you must book one slot of each type for that guest. If you’d like an autograph from each guest, you must book an autograph slot for each guest. Voice memos can only be purchased in-person alongside either an autograph or photograph slot. We accept cash and card payments in-person.
Attendees with Silver Sponsor tickets will be invited via email to book their time slots as part of their ticket via their sponsor portal, prior to general release of time slots. Attendees with Gold Sponsor and Platinum Sponsor tickets will be informed via email of the times of their dedicated meet-and-greet sessions.
Bookings for meet-and-greet time slots will open at 18:00 on Friday 18th September (UK time).
While we work hard to maximise the availability of the special guests for meet-and-greet sessions, there are only so many hours in the day and the wellbeing of the guests is important too, therefore we can only offer a limited number of slots. We expect demand will be high, so if you are interested in booking an autograph or photograph with the special guests, we strongly recommend that you book as soon as they become available.
Dates and times of meet-and-greet sessions
There will be autograph and photograph sessions with all of our special guests on both the Saturday and the Sunday of the convention. There will not be any meet-and-greet sessions on the Friday. Further information will be published prior to meet-and-greet slots becoming available to book.

Being accompanied during autograph and photograph sessions
When a person receiving support from a carer books an autograph or photograph slot, the carer can accompany them without any additional charge.
In the case of children with a booking, at least one parent or guardian must accompany the child without any additional charge. A second parent or guardian may accompany them without any additional charge.
For photographs, up to 2 people can accompany the person booking the time slot in the photograph - these may be parents, carers, family or friends. Please note however that the photo backdrop is sized for the special guest and one other person, and may not look as good with more people. Also note that larger groups must be particularly efficient with taking position and having their photograph taken, to ensure a fair experience for everyone meeting the special guests.
