Dietary requirements:
Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Most dietary needs can be catered for, but food is prepared in a busy kitchen and cannot be guaranteed to be free from trace allergens. Please provide your dietary requirements and allergens when purchasing your ticket.
Special Guests:
Our special guests will attend and spend most of their time at the Gold Sponsor table. Please note that there are no opportunities for autographs or photo with the special guests during Afternoon Tea and there is no guarantee of an opportunity to speak with the special guests – attendees should use the dedicated autograph and photograph sessions for this.
Valid UK PonyCon ticket required:
This is an add-on ticket. You must have a valid ticket for admission to the convention on Saturday 4th October 2025. Valid tickets include Saturday, Weekend, Sponsor, Stall, Stall Helper, Staff, and personal assistant tickets.
Prosecco add-on:
Optionally, add one glass of prosecco on arrival for an additional £7.00. Ages 18+ only and proof of age (ID) may be required on a Challenge 25 basis. Limit one glass per person. Please add this when you buy your Afternoon Tea ticket, as it cannot be added later.
Seating:
Except for people with Gold Sponsor tickets, seating is not assigned. There will be multiple tables to choose from. Gold Sponsors will be seated on a table reserved for them and our special guests.
Personal Assistant (Carers) Tickets
Personal Assistant (Carers) who wish to eat or drink at the Afternoon Tea must have their own full-price ticket. For personal assistants who are not eating or drinking at the Afternoon Tea, we can offer a free-of-charge non-dining ticket - please select the option when adding the item to your basket, to ensure a space is reserved for them.
Children
Children are welcome at the Afternoon Tea with a ticket. There are no discounts or special menus for children. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult with their own Afternoon Tea ticket.
Ticket availability
Tickets for Afternoon Tea will be released in two waves. The first wave of 29 tickets will be released for Bronze and Silver Sponsor early access. During this wave, Bronze and Silver sponsors may purchase one ticket for themselves, in accordance with the sponsor ticket perks. The exception to this is if you have a Bronze or Silver Sponsor ticket and are purchasing one additional ticket to enable a Personal Assistant (carer) to accompany you and eat with you. The remaining tickets (estimated to be 28) will be released in a second wave for general access (including Bronze and Silver Sponsors who missed out during the first wave).
