The Gold Sponsor Ticket for UK PonyCon 2025 includes the following:

Admission to the convention

Access to the convention on Friday 3rd (evening only), Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th October 2025. Includes access to events, panels, games, and stalls. Don’t forget to enter our competitions too!

Friday and Saturday night music concerts

Party during our music concerts featuring musicians from the fandom on the evenings of Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th October 2025.

Con book

Your essential event programme, containing everything you need to know for the convention and a great souvenir.

Friday registration available for less time queuing

Gold sponsor ticket holders can pick up their con badge on Friday 3rd October 2025 from our registration desk at the venue for no extra cost and spend less time queuing on arrival at the convention during the opening hours. Timings to be announced. Registration on arrival at the convention is also available.

Have your name (can be your real name, nickname, or online username) featured in the gold sponsor section of the con book’s thank you page.

Gold sponsor Discord server role and channel

Join the conversation on the UK PonyCon Discord chat server with other attendees, and get the gold sponsor role. You’ll also gain access to a restricted channel to chat with other gold sponsors, and receive updates from the UK PonyCon team relevant to your experience at UK PonyCon.

Early access to pre-order merchandise

As a sponsor, you’ll be invited to pre-order merchandise for collection at the convention, before we open pre-orders to attendees with standard tickets.

Drawstring bag

A drawstring bag, featuring a fantastic piece of artwork and perfect for carrying your UK PonyCon haul. The drawstring bag is also available to buy from our merchandise table at the convention.

Silver & gold sponsor t-shirt

A t-shirt exclusively available for silver and gold sponsors, featuring an exclusive piece of artwork for UK PonyCon 2025. Available in sizes S to XXL.

Sponsor hoodie

A premium heavy-weight hoodie with a front-zip and thumb holes, featuring artwork shared with the sponsor t-shirt. This is a medium fit and available in sizes S to 6XL.

Three copies of a high-quality postcard of an exclusive piece of artwork for UK PonyCon 2025 gold sponsors.

Stainless steel vacuum insulated bottle

This double-walled 650ml stainless steel bottle will keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold, all while looking amazing with a pony print. The water bottle is also available to buy from our merchandise table at the convention.

Front-row seating at opening and closing ceremonies

Guaranteed front-row seating at our opening and closing ceremonies for gold sponsors, for the best views. First-come first-served. Priority seating for sponsors is not available at any other event.

Priority entry

Skip the main entry queue and use our priority entry queue for faster entry to the convention on both Saturday and Sunday.

Gold Sponsor autograph & photograph session with special guests

A dedicated session for gold sponsors to meet our special guests, and use their credits to get autographs or photographs.

4x autograph/photograph credits

Each credit can be exchanged for either an autograph or a photograph with our special guests. As a gold sponsor, you’ll receive four credits. Note that these are not physical tokens. Additional credits are available to purchase at the convention.

Afternoon Tea on Saturday afternoon

On the Saturday afternoon of UK PonyCon, we’ll host Afternoon Tea, and you’re invited! Enjoy tea, sandwiches and sweet treats with fellow con-goers and our special guests. Tickets are also available to purchase separately, so your friends can come along too.

Top table seating at Afternoon Tea

Our special guests will join us at the UK PonyCon Afternoon Tea, and you can join them on the top table, if you wish. Sadly we can’t allow you to bring a friend to the top table, unless they’re your carer.

Personalised welcome letter

Expect to find a personalised welcome letter from the UK PonyCon Chair in your swag bag on arrival.

Thank you in the closing ceremony

While we thank everyone for helping make UK PonyCon successful in their own ways, we’ll specifically mention your name during the closing ceremony.

Britannia plushie with adventurous shirt

The mass-produced Britannia plushie from 2024 but with an adventurous twist: this time with an adventurous shirt sized perfectly to the plushie by shadowonthemoon. Each plushie features a unique shirt design.

Gold sponsor collab art print

An artist from the UK PonyCon Arts Team will create a unique piece of art featuring the characters of the gold sponsors. The artwork will be shared digitally and in physical form as an A4 print, postcard and mug.
