Book your vehicle loading bay slot for arrival and departure for stallholders for UK PonyCon 2026. Stallholders not requiring the loading bay (such as those arriving on foot) do not need to book a slot.
Add this product to your basket and complete checkout to reserve your slot. You will receive an order confirmation email when booked. You will not receive a ticket PDF or QR code.
Aim to arrive at the start of your 30 minute slot. Early arrivals will be turned away and asked to come back at their booked time.

Space is strictly limited. If you can leave your car at your hotel or a nearby car park and transport your supplies without it, please do so, so that slots are available for those who require them.
The loading bay may only be used during loading and unloading of your vehicle. As soon as your items have been moved to/from your stall, you must move your vehicle out of the loading bay to make space for other stallholders. You are welcome to return on foot to continue setting up your stall. This rule will be strictly enforced to ensure space is available for other stallholders.
A maximum of one slot for arrival (Friday evening or Saturday morning) and one slot for departure (Sunday evening) is permitted. Double slots are not permitted. Please consolidate your load into one vehicle prior to arrival on-site or consider bringing extra items on foot (e.g. using a suitcase or handcart).
