By the time you read this blog post, many of our higher tier sponsor tickets such as Platinum and Gold may be sold out. These are extremely limited and Gold often sells out within 60 seconds. The next highest tier to sell out is Silver, so if you intend to be one of our awesome silver sponsors? Make sure to get on that right away and secure a ticket. Our standard admission tickets will be available for a lot longer, however UK PonyCon has sold out now for two consecutive years. We sold out of all ticket types in both 2024 and 2025! So it’s always a good idea to purchase as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
Now that you have secured a ticket for UK PonyCon 2026, what now?
First things first. Not all attendees will receive a email with a QR code ticket instantly. This is expected, it is normal and it is not a problem. So please do not panic if this does not come through right away. We urge all ticket purchasers to diligently check the spam folders of there emails. It is unfortunate but sometimes our emails do end up going to spam! Make sure to select and move that email out of spam so it is not deleted. Not seeing a ticket QR code email anywhere? No problem! We have heard from the pony people behind the ticket system that you should expect to receive a QR code ticket email within 48 hours of ticket launch. If for some reason, after two days, You have yet to receive one? You can drop us a email and our team will be happy to step in and assist you. Please try to use the same email that you purchased a ticket with where possible. Sending us a order number also helps a tonne if you have it! The email to use is:
We urge all attendees to please be patient and wait the suggested 48 hours before emailing in. This helps us, to help you a lot faster and causes less delays and backlog for our team!
