Meet the Mascots
Britannia
The star of the show!
Britannia prides herself on putting on the best convention possible at UK PonyCon. Everyone's happy faces, enjoying the weekend. Is what makes her smile, smile, smile!
Britannia loves to bake bread and pastries! She is often seen in the kitchen with Berry Scone, coming up with yummy treats for all of their friends! Britannia loves hosting the great Britannia bake-off. Although she thinks maybe the contestants could do with a bit more practice!
Britannia loves to dress up and enjoy that years convention theme, give out hoof bumps and hugs, and see all of her UK PonyCon friends! That's you! Everyone at UK PonyCon is Britannia's friend and she wants to say hello to you all!
Big Ben
The tallest of the friends - Big Ben can be arrogant and big headed. But really? He's got a big heart and can be a total softie!
He is an effeminate pretty-boy with a charming and well spoken dialect. They can be a little dense sometimes. Taking a moment to understand a joke - Like you could see the cogs turning in his mind, until the penny finally drops!
Big Ben enjoys the finer things in life, but he is passionate about sharing those things with his friends! Like lavish clothes and fancy fruit teas. He is an inventor and loves tinkering with things and trying to create new gadgets, whatdyamacallits and doo-dads! Give him a clock and he can not only have it working, but he will probably have it 'improved' by now also being able to make you toast with your morning alarm!
Earl Grey
Our resident antiquer! Earl Grey is never seen without a signature cardigan. He is stylish in a classic and timeless way. Residing in a large mansion, he loves to see the rooms filled with the smiling faces of his friends!
The hallways of his mansion are filled with the tunes of his era, playing from a radio or phonograph. He can often be heard humming along to his "old-timey music" as the fillies say. When nopony else is around.
He always keeps a bowl of butterscotch candies nearby, as they are his favourite! He's not interested in any of these new sweeties and snacks of today. He can even be seen having marmite on toast?!
Earl Grey is old fashioned and grouchy. He takes a while to warm up to and he's very vocal about disliking this new fangled tech! Big Ben will often try to change his mind - to no avail. Earl Grey loves his classics and always will!
Berry Scone
Berry Scone is a much more relaxed and calm filly than her friends. She enjoys baking more than anything else. They are most happy when making Cookies, Scones and Cupcakes! She uses her artistic flair for decorating cupcakes in her crafting as well! Give Berry Scone a piping bag or some glitter glue, and you will have a masterpiece!
Berry Scone is a bit mischievous though, she is known to pull pranks on her friends! Check chairs for whoopie cushions when Berry Scone is around! Playing pranks on her friends or playing games like hide and seek or tag is this fillies favourite way to hang out!
High Tea
Whoops! Be careful High Tea! Our High flying little acrobat loves to do tricks in the sky, but she's also pretty clumsy and often flies into things. Big Ben always had some colourful plasters for her in his tool belt for when she inevitably comes crashing back to earth!
High Tea is very sweet and eager, this little filly loves to tell jokes, so her and Berry Scone can be a sneaky and silly duo together! High Tea is modest and shy though and does not like to be the center of attention. She leaves the stage to her friend Britannia! Preferring to have a quiet fruit tea instead.
