TICKET NEWS:

That’s right, Tickets will be on sale at 7pm / 19:00 British Summer Time on Saturday July the 12th. That’s 17 days away, So set those reminders!!!

Want to know how much tickets to UK PonyCon 2025 are going to cost? Well our tickets page HERE Has been updated with our current prices and perks! You will be able to purchase tickets from 7pm on the 12th of July on that same page!

UK PonyCon 2025 is going to be a year full of changes. Not just our location and venue. But we have a lot of brand new offerings for this year. Including but of course, not limited to. Our Friday night music concert! This is a whole extra evening of music on top of our usual Saturday music night and admission is included in all UK PonyCon 2025 weekend tickets, as well as access to our Friday pre registration. Which is optional, but could mean faster admission on Saturday morning!

Tickets to the Friday music event, as a separate admission ticket, for attendees who may only be able to make it to this singular Friday event but not Saturday/Sunday; will be released at a later date. We are aware that, the elephant in the room, is that UK PonyCon ticket prices have increased. Ticket prices increasing is relatively standard for all events due to a variety of factors and while we understand this is disappointing for some attendees. We would like to take this opportunity to remind attendees that we are adding a whole extra music performance evening this year. As well as lots of fun additions that will be revealed as we get closer to the convention! We do our best as a convention to manage price increases and always do the best we can to offer you, our wonderful attendees, the best possible deal. For our incredible sponsors, here’s whats new for you this year!

  • BRONZE: Our Bronze Sponsors can look forward to many amazing perks when upgrading! We worked really hard to keep this ticket tier under 3 figures and every attendee who upgrades to Bronze? Not only supports UK PonyCon in being able to offer a more unforgettable convention experience, but you also help us fundraise more for our chosen charity, the RDA. Who you can read more about HERE - New for 2025? Bronze Sponsors will for the first time have the option to order our extremely exclusive Sponsor Hoodie! This is a pre-order item which is charged separately. However until this year, It was only available to Silver and Gold Sponsors. Now you can join in on the fun! <3

  • SILVER And this one is a big one! Silver sponsors will get an exclusive signing session. This is a signing session with our special guest(s) (NEWS COMING SOON!) That is only for Silver Sponsors. You will be given a allocated time slot which means we estimate short queues of only 10-15 minutes, and? A signing session in our events schedule which is only for the very lucky 60 people who choose to become a Silver Sponsor this year! For anyone reading this who does not plan to be a silver sponsor? Please don’t fret! We will have other public signing sessions available, but we have set one aside that is just for those who choose to support UK PonyCon even more - We love you all!

  • GOLD gold! always believe in your soul, you’ve got the power to know….That we love our gold sponsors! This year? We only have four Gold Sponsor tickets available, compared to last years 5! So our most exclusive ticket? Is now even more exclusive! We are also offering CUSTOM ARTWORK as part of this years ticket perk, We will have more details of this shared to whomever our lucky four are once we open for tickets, Good luck everypony!

We know that potential stallholders have been eagerly awaiting this post and we want to once again thank you for being patient with us. We understand that you are all eager to join us again for UK PonyCon and our team is very thankful for you standing by with us as we adjusted to a new venue. We have updated our stalls page HERE With information about UK PonyCon 2025’s tables, including prices and more information about our terms and conditions for potentially new stallholders. As well as stallholder opening times and much, much more! We are so excited to see what people bring to UK PonyCon this year, so without further ado…a link to our stallholder application form is HERE!

What can you do now that you have applied to be a Stallholder? Here’s a handy list!

Join our Discord server HERE If you become a Stallholder, You can get a ‘stallholder’ role in our Discord. This means that you can post into our #Stalls-Promo channel, which is exclusively able to be accessed by our stallholders, to advertise what they have for sale at UK PonyCon 2025. You can also use #Stalls-Hall Which is a channel set up that attendees use to ask stallholders for items they are looking to purchase.

It allows attendees to hunt down items from those all important ISO wishlists. Or for attendees to find stalls selling a favorite character, and make sure to plan to head over to your table. It’s a great way to network and advertise your wares and increase sales! By joining our discord server in advance? You have the opportunity to learn your way around. Perhaps even learn how discord works! As well as share all the hype leading up to the convention! If you become an accepted UK PonyCon stallholder you also have access to channels where you can chat with fellow stallholders and members of the UK PonyCon Committee in private channels.

You can join our Facebook group HERE To advertise what you have for sale during UK PonyCon! Connect with other attendees and stallholders and of course, get all excited together! You can of course also ask attendees what ponies they are looking to buy, so you can plan accordingly! ^_^

EVENTS APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

Want to put on a panel? Run a quiz or a game? Get everyone together for a social meet up? Whatever it is, we want your events applications!! UK PonyCon loves to include our amazing community in bringing forward and running amazing workshops, talks and gameshows to help fill out our events schedule. First time runner? Please don’t worry. Our excellent team is here to support you and is happy to work with you to bring events ideas to life! Submit an application HERE via our form! Not every event that’s submitted is guaranteed to be accepted, although we will always do our upmost to do so! Sometimes, an event may not be possible due to limitations or simply? Scheduling. But we want to thank every single attendee who puts forward an application form, whether you are new to hosting at UK PonyCon or returning to run an event with us again. We are excited to see your ideas and build the best events schedule EVER!

 

VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN!

Britannia needs YOU to help make UK PonyCon happen! Our committee team here at UK PonyCon relies on an amazing team of volunteers who are able to help us set up, tear down and keep the convention running over the weekend! While committee work behind the scenes on the convention year round, Volunteers are able to show up, help us out and then get to relax for the rest of the year! Some of the ways you can volunteer with UK PonyCon, Are jobs like, Set up! Helping us unload the vans, unravel and set up banners. Fetching and carrying, putting up tables and moving things around. Looking for something less physically demanding? Don’t worry! UK PonyCon has so many different ways you can volunteer and we will try to find the best fit for you! For example, we need volunteers to sit and manage our convention merchandise table. Taking payments, handing over merchandise and chatting to our wonderful attendees!

You can also sign up to help out with events! This could be restocking the crafts area with supplies to get creative! Re-arranging events rooms, Assisting panel runners with questions and queries, as well as that all important moral support! Helping to manage the queues in our special guests area. Volunteering to assist with registration, handing people there badges for the weekend and welcoming people to the event! You could join our amazing team of convention photographers, Help the committee team with tearing down and packing away the event at the very end. Or being one of our first aiders. There’s so many ways to help out and we really have only scratched the surface of what is on offer!

Volunteers are only required to volunteer a few hours of their convention time and this can be split up over the course of the three days. Or? You can do all of your volunteering on one day! You could for example, volunteer for set up and tear down, but otherwise be a standard attendee for the rest of the Saturday and Sunday. We will work flexibly with you to make sure you get time to do the events you want to do, and allow you to have lots of breaks. Lets make some noise! UK PonyCon it is time to face the music, We are looking for performers to take to the stage, and this year? We have two nights of music performances! We are looking for solo acts, bands, DJ’s and all sorts of ponies who make music! Fancy joining our line up? Amazing! Make sure to fill out our form HERE - We cannot guarantee every application will be accepted. But we will do our best to showcase as much talent as possible for this years convention!
