On-Site Accommodation Information
Are you going to be joining us, by staying ‘on-site’ for UK PonyCon 2025? If you wish to book a room at the hotel linked to our venue, which is the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. You would be looking to book a stay at the ‘Holiday Inn’ in Birmingham City Centre. The Holiday Inn is linked directly to our convention venue, and would be the closest place to stay for UK PonyCon 2025, which takes place on the evening of October the 3rd, as well as all day on October the 4th and 5th. As for booking accommodation at the Holiday Inn, the closest and attached hotel to our convention venue, then please read on!
First and foremost, You do not need to be staying at the Holiday Inn to attend UK PonyCon. UK PonyCon sells attendance tickets to the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre, meaning that anyone who purchases a ticket to attend UK PonyCon, can access our venue. Which is the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. The Holiday Inn, is merely the closest available accommodation and likely to be the choice for many UK PonyCon attendees. It is the most convenient option for our attendees and we have worked with the Holiday Inn, to grant attendees to UK PonyCon; discounts on hotel bookings for the duration of the UK PonyCon convention event. This discount is only available for the Holiday Inn, and not any other accommodation destinations, of which there are many nearby that you can choose to stay at. We will be updating our ‘Accommodation’ page ( HERE ) as we get closer to UK PonyCon 2025 with some of those nearby options!

But first, a quick disclaimer! Our discount is only available for a three night stay minimum. If you would be looking to book only one or two nights at the Holiday Inn, this discount will not be able to be applied. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope that you can make the best and most informed decision for your accommodation during UK PonyCon 2025! However, We anticipate most attendees will book for 3+ nights to enjoy the full range of UK PonyCon offerings. Especially as we have now expanded our Friday (optional) pre-registration to also include an extra Friday night music event, on top of Saturday’s usual offerings!
What is the discount and how do I access it?
The discount is 10% off the best available Bed and Breakfast rate. This discount is available for Standard, Twin, Premium Rooms and Suites!

TICKETS TO UK PONYCON 2025 ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE!!!!
As of time of writing (19/05/2025) We do not have tickets to attend UK PonyCon available to purchase. We understand that many attendees like to book in as much advance as possible for there stay, and thus, we are announcing this room discount as soon as we had it available, even if attendance tickets are not. You can, of course, wait, until such time as attendance tickets are available to purchase, before making arrangements such as travel and/or accommodation. We do always suggest to book these as soon as possible, to avoid rising prices or lack of availability. However, as our venue (The Birmingham Conference and Events Centre) is less than a minutes walk from the Birmingham New Street Train Station and is itself, in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. The options for travel and accommodation, are in abundance. Wherever you are staying, we look forward to having you join us for UK PonyCon 2025!
