The Bronze Sponsor Ticket for UK PonyCon 2026 includes the following:
Admission to the convention
Access to the convention on Friday 30th October (evening only), Saturday 31st October and Sunday 1st November 2026. Includes access to events, panels, games, and stalls. Don’t forget to enter our competitions too!
Friday and Saturday night music concerts
Party during our music concerts featuring musicians from the fandom on the evenings of Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October 2026.
Con book
Your essential event programme, containing everything you need to know for the convention and a great souvenir.
Friday registration available for less time queuing
Bronze sponsor ticket holders can pick up their con badge on Friday 30th October 2026 from our registration desk at the venue for no extra cost and spend less time queuing on arrival at the convention during the opening hours. Timings to be announced. Registration on arrival at the convention is also available.

Personalised badge (purchase by 1st August 2026)
Purchase your ticket by 1st August 2026 and we’ll personalise your badge with your preferred name printed on the badge, making an amazing memento. Tickets purchased after this date will have a space for you to handwrite your name.

Your name in the con book (subject to print deadline)
Have your name (can be your real name, nickname, or online username) featured in the bronze sponsor section of the con book’s thank you page. Purchase before 1st August 2026 to guarantee this perk - tickets purchased after this date may not include this perk if the con book has already gone to print.
Bronze sponsor Discord server role and channel
Join the conversation on the UK PonyCon Discord chat server with other attendees, and get the bronze sponsor role. You’ll also gain access to a restricted channel to chat with other bronze sponsors, and receive updates from the UK PonyCon team relevant to your experience at UK PonyCon.
Early access to buy tickets to Afternoon Tea
As a Bronze or Silver sponsor, you’ll be invited to buy a ticket to the Afternoon Tea taking place on Saturday afternoon, for you and one other person only, before they go on general sale.
Early access to pre-order merchandise
As a sponsor, you’ll be invited to pre-order merchandise for collection at the convention, before we open pre-orders to attendees with standard tickets.
Option to buy a Sponsor Hoodie
As a Bronze or Silver Sponsor, you have the option to buy one Sponsor Hoodie as an add-on for £60. This is a premium hoodie, featuring artwork shared with the sponsor t-shirt. This is strictly pre-order and the purchase deadline is 1st August 2026.
