The deadline for purchasing a con book ad and submitting artwork for con book ads is 10th August 2026.
This is your chance to book your con book ad!
The con book is distributed to everyone at the event so is the perfect place to advertise your MLP-related business, event or group. We've got three options available:
£7 for a quarter page ad, exclusively for in-person meet-up groups and events
£35 for a half page ad
£60 for a full page ad
To help promote a lively year-round event-going community in the UK, we offer MLP-related in-person meet-up groups and events a reduced rate of £7 for a quarter-page ad to promote their meet-up or event. This reduced rate is not available for ads for other purposes. If we are not satisfied your proposed ad wholly aligns with this goal, at our discretion, we may invite you to submit a standard-priced half-page or full-page ad on payment of the difference.
When you purchase this ad space, please describe the focus of the ad (e.g. the business, event, product, service or group) and share any links or social media usernames you intend to include in the ad. This allows us to review your proposal early and provide feedback, before you spend too much time preparing artwork.

Con book ads must meet the following specifications:
For quarter-page, finished size is 148mm wide by 52.5mm tall
For half-page, finished size is 148mm wide by 105mm tall
For full-page, finished size is 148mm wide by 210mm tall
All artwork must be at 300 dpi
Include a bleed of 5mm (59 pixels)
Include a safe zone of 5mm (59 pixels, in addition to the 59 pixels for the bleed)
Must be PNG, JPG, or PDF format
Artwork must be family friendly and consistent with the spirit of the event
Artwork size, including bleed and safe zone, for quarter-page ads: 1866 pixels wide by 738 pixels tall
Artwork size, including bleed and safe zone, for half-page ads: 1866 pixels wide by 1358 pixels tall
Artwork size, including bleed and safe zone, for full-page ads: 1866 pixels wide by 2598 pixels tall
You must supply print-ready artwork - a design service is not included
Artwork and the intrinsic nature of the advertised product or service must be suitable for all ages
