Admission to the convention
Access to the convention on Friday 30th October (evening only), Saturday 31st October and Sunday 1st November 2026. Includes access to events, panels, games, and stalls. Don’t forget to enter our competitions too!
Friday and Saturday night music concerts
Party during our music concerts featuring musicians from the fandom on the evenings of Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October 2026.
Con book
Your essential event programme, containing everything you need to know for the convention and a great souvenir.
Friday registration available for less time queuing
Gold sponsor ticket holders can pick up their con badge on Friday 30th October 2026 from our registration desk at the venue for no extra cost and spend less time queuing on arrival at the convention during the opening hours. Timings to be announced. Registration on arrival at the convention is also available.

Early access to pre-order merchandise
As a sponsor, you’ll be invited to pre-order merchandise for collection at the convention, before we open pre-orders to attendees with standard tickets.

Gold Sponsor autograph & photograph session with special guests
A dedicated session for gold sponsors to meet our special guests, and use their credits to get autographs or photographs.
4x autograph/photograph credits
Each credit can be exchanged for either an autograph or a photograph with our special guests. As a gold sponsor, you’ll receive four credits. Note that these are not physical tokens. Additional credits are available to purchase at the convention.
2x print of your photograph with special guests
If you use a credit to get a photograph, we’ll print two copies at the convention for no extra cost.
Afternoon Tea on Saturday afternoon
On the Saturday afternoon of UK PonyCon, we’ll host Afternoon Tea, and you’re invited! Enjoy tea, sandwiches and sweet treats with fellow con-goers and our special guests. Tickets are also available to purchase separately, so your friends can come along too.
Top table seating at Afternoon Tea
Our special guests will join us at the UK PonyCon Afternoon Tea, and you can join them on the top table, if you wish. Sadly we can’t allow you to bring a friend to the top table, unless they’re your carer.
