Contests entry processes at UK PonyCon 2025

We have a huge range of contests at UK PonyCon 2025 and wish to share important information on how to enter them.

For Customs, Artwork, Destroy a Fakie and Pony Crafts contests:

1. Bring your entry to the event on the day you wish to enter

2. Drop off your entry at the contests table before midday, next to the UK PonyCon Merchandise Stall on the first floor.

3. Judging will take place between 12:30 and 14:30 on Saturday and between 13:30 and 15:30 on Sunday

4. Collect your entry from the contests table after 15:00 on Saturday and after 16:00 on Sunday

5. Winners will be announced at 17:15 on the Mane Stage on Saturday (after the special guest panel) and during the closing ceremony on Sunday (between 17:00 and 18:00). Winners receive a certificate and a rosette.

For Cosplay and Fursuit contests, you must enter 30 minutes before the cosplay competition registration session on the day you wish to be considered, and present your cosplay during the cosplay competition. Winners are announced after a short deliberation period during the cosplay competition time slot.

All Stalls are automatically entered into the contests. Judging will take place between 12:30 and 14:30 on Saturday and between 13:30 and 15:30 on Sunday. Winners will be announced at 17:15 on the Mane Stage on Saturday (after the special guest panel) and during the closing ceremony on Sunday (between 17:00 and 18:00).
