Limited cloakroom facilities at UK PonyCon 2025

We have a free unattended cloakroom where you are welcome to leave your coats and small bags during the convention, however we cannot take any responsibility for any damage or loss. We strongly recommend against leaving any valuable items in the cloakroom.

The cloakroom will be open from Friday 6pm until Sunday 6pm. Items must not be left overnight.

Secure left luggage facilities can be found at The Excess Baggage Company in Birmingham New Street Station, just a few minutes walk away, and they charge for this service. Also consider asking your hotel if they can store your bags before or after checkout.

We acknowledge this is different to what we have provided in recent years at Nottingham, and thank you for your understanding.
