Cosplay and fursuit changing facilities at UK PonyCon 2026

We are always impressed with the amazing cosplay and fursuits that attendees bring to UK PonyCon. We have supported this for many years and wish to see it continue, so we’re writing today to share details of cosplay and fursuit changing facilities at UK PonyCon 2026. The options available to us vary at each venue, so this may be different to what you have experienced at previous UK PonyCon events or at other comic-con-type events.

We recommend attendees arrive at the convention wearing their cosplay, or wear it under other clothes that can be easily removed without need for a changing room.

We will provide coat rails and hangers near the entrance of The Venue to hang coats at your own risk, but we do not provide a cloak room or baggage storage service.

We have one changing room with a few individual cubicles and an open changing area. We expect it will be busy at times. It is marked on the Venue Map. The changing room is open during all public opening hours of the convention.

Subject to availability of space, fursuiters may leave essential bags/luggage for their fursuit in the changing room at their own risk during each day. Bags/luggage must be collected at the end of each day and must not be left overnight. We strongly recommend against leaving valuables unattended.

All clothing, not just cosplay, must adhere to certain rules that are described in the section titled “Entry Conditions” in our Terms and Conditions.
