Booking autographs and photographs with our special guests at UK PonyCon 2025

We’re excited to announce that slots for autographs and photographs with our special guest Rebecca Shoichet (voice of Sunset Shimmer, singing voice of Twilight Sparkle, and voice of Night Glider and Sugar Belle) will be available to book from 7.30pm on Friday 26th September 2025 via this website.

Following feedback collected after UK PonyCon 2024 and an internal review, we are changing how we organise our meet-and-greet sessions with our special guests. The biggest change is that slots for autographs and photographs must be pre-booked online in advance. We are also increasing the total duration of scheduled meet-and-greet sessions from 5 hours in 2024 to 7 hours (40% more) in 2025. This will significantly improve the experience for most people, reducing the amount of time people spend waiting and giving people more time to enjoy the rest of the convention.

Attendees will be invited to purchase a slot during the following sessions. Attendees will be assigned a 10-minute timeslot during which they must arrive at the Special Guest Autograph & Photographs room to get their autograph or photograph. The amount of time attendees will spend with Rebecca will be approximately one to two minutes each. Attendees will receive an email with their personal 10-minute arrival time slot within 3 working days after purchase.

• Autographs:

  • Saturday at 12.30pm for 30 minutes

  • Saturday at 5.45pm for 2 hours

  • Sunday at 12.00pm for 45 minutes

  • A dedicated session on Sunday for Silver Sponsors to redeem their credits

• Photographs:

  • Saturday at 11:15am for 60 minutes

  • Sunday at 12:45pm for 30 minutes

The slot booked online includes one autograph or one photograph, as appropriate. Up to two additional autographs or one additional photograph can be purchased in-person during the assigned time slot. Card and cash payments will be accepted.

Meeting Rebecca Shoichet

Autographs and photographs with Rebecca will cost £25 each. Combo deals are not available.

Rebecca may record a voice memo on an attendee’s phone, no longer than 30 seconds, for a fee of her choice. This can only be purchased at the convention and must be alongside an autograph purchased online in advance.

Meeting Imalou

Imalou will not participate in the special guest meet-and-greet sessions advertised on the events schedule. Instead, you can find Imalou at her table near the Mane Stage selling prints. Imalou is willing to autograph any prints purchased at their table.

Silver Sponsors

The Silver Sponsor ticket for UK PonyCon 2025 includes two autograph credits.

Silver Sponsors will be assigned a 10-minute timeslot during which they must arrive at the Special Guest Autograph & Photographs room to get their autographs. The amount of time Silver Sponsors will spend with Rebecca will be approximately one to two minutes each. Silver Sponsors will receive an email with their personal 10-minute time slot on the evening of 24th September. These slots will be between 2.30pm and 4.30pm on Sunday 5th October.

Silver Sponsors may purchase up to 2 additional autographs during the Silver Sponsor autograph session when they arrive for their timeslot. Card and cash payments will be accepted.

Photographs with the special guests are not included in the Silver Sponsor ticket for UK PonyCon 2025. Silver Sponsors wishing to take a photograph with Rebecca must purchase a photograph slot and attend during a general photograph session.

Silver Sponsors may exchange one or both of their autograph credit tokens for a print from Imalou by replying to the email with their timeslot for meeting Rebecca.

Gold Sponsors

The Gold Sponsor ticket for UK PonyCon 2025 includes four autograph / photograph credits.

Gold Sponsors are invited to the Gold Sponsor meet-and-greet session with Rebecca at 2pm on Sunday.

Gold Sponsors may purchase up to 2 additional autographs and 1 additional photograph during the Gold Sponsor session. Card and cash payments will be accepted.

Gold Sponsors may exchange up to two of their autograph/photograph credit tokens for a print from Imalou by informing Maz.
